Although company physicians and consultants can often be a good source of information, they are often limited by time constraints, bias and reluctance to be involved in litigation. Knowing what to look for and where to find it in the myriad volumes of pharmaceutical documents and internal files is all-important. Dr. Marks has extensive experience as a pharmaceutical industry medical safety officer, and is well-aware of internal document structures for clinical research and regulatory affairs.

Extant Medical Legal Consulting has access to many sources of adverse event llistings. We also use Medwatch, VAERS, company databases and can construct our own database of adverse events to suit your individual needs.
